Aristata Communications, a rural wireless/fiber internet company, has an immediate opening for a Tech Support Specialist II to join our team. In this position, you will provide Tier 2 technical support as part of a rapidly growing local internet company. Aristata is looking for a tech-savvy problem solver who can multitask to repair a variety of services and equipment. Tech Support Specialists must possess patience and effective communication skills to uncover customer needs, answer questions, and leave a positive impression on customer interactions. The Tech Support Specialist position will also coordinate with the Customer Support team in updates and resolutions to customer accounts and updating customer tickets and technical account information.
3 to 5 years of Networking experience
3 to 5 years of RF experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Networking, RF, or VoIP certifications a plus
