Aristata Communications is simplifying our billing practices.
What does this mean for you?
Customers who received invoices on May 5, with a May 15th invoice date and service period of May 15 through June 14, will see your final bi-monthly invoice in the next two weeks for the remainder of June (billing period June 15 – 30th), because we are moving to a once-a-month billing cycle. This will begin on the first of each month beginning in July. In other words, you will start receiving your invoices on the first of each month for a monthly billing cycle on July 1 for the service period July 1 – 31. The invoices created for the remainder of June will have a 20-day due date, just as you normally experience.
If this new arrangement causes any inconvenience while we transition to new billing dates, we are happy to discuss payment arrangements. Please call (888) 682-1884 ext. 8023 to begin that process with our friendly, dedicated billing team.
Customers who receive their invoices on the 20th of the month will only see a slight change. You will no longer see an invoice sent on the 20th Beginning in June, your invoices will be sent on July 1, and your service period will continue to be for the whole month just as it currently does.
Additionally, and if you are signed up for autopay on the 1st of the month, your deduction will automatically switch from the 1st of the month to the 5th of the month. If this new arrangement does not work and the 5th of the month is not ideal, please reach out to our billing team at call (888) 682-1884 ext. 8023 to choose a new autopay date between the 5th and 20th of each month.
