As our reliability has increased over the past year, customer support calls have decreased dramatically. While we are proud of that fact, we know that it is just as important to provide good service when you do need us, which is why we are thrilled to extend Aristata Communications’ Customer Care and Tech Support hours.
If you need us, you will now be able to reach a live Aristata employee who can skillfully answer your questions and/or support you if you encounter issues with your Internet connection.
Our new hours for live Tech Support will be:
- Monday-Friday 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
- Saturday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Sunday 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
